1. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use ph33k Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Geographic Location: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of accessing ph33k Services. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
• Personal Use Only: You may only create and use a ph33k account for your own personal, recreational purposes. Commercial use, agent play, and third-party access are strictly prohibited.
• Single Account: Each person is permitted only one (1) ph33k account. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false identities is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• Prohibited Persons: You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of ph33k, PAGCOR, or any of our affiliated companies, game providers, or regulatory bodies.
• Financial Standing: You are not insolvent, bankrupt, or subject to any legal proceedings that would prevent you from fulfilling your financial obligations under these Terms.

By registering for ph33k, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Registration Process

To access ph33k gaming services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure its accuracy at all times.

2.2 Verification Requirements

ph33k reserves the right to request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, UMID), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and payment method verification. You must provide requested documents within seven (7) days of our request. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or account closure.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph33k username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you agree to notify ph33k immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are fully liable for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of a suspected breach.

2.4 Account Restrictions

ph33k may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an account, suspend an existing account, or close an account for any reason including but not limited to: failure to meet eligibility requirements, provision of false information, suspicious activity, breach of these Terms, regulatory requirements, or risk management concerns. We are not obligated to provide detailed reasons for account restrictions.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

ph33k accepts deposits through authorized payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), Philippine banks (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), and other methods as displayed on our platform. Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). You must ensure that all funds deposited to your ph33k account originate from a legitimate source and are your own property. We reserve the right to refuse any deposit or payment method at our discretion.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed on the ph33k platform and may vary based on your chosen payment method, account verification status, and VIP tier. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) minutes to two (2) hours for verified accounts, though processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method as your deposit, unless otherwise agreed by ph33k. First-time withdrawals require account verification. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

ph33k operates in strict compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You must wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before requesting a withdrawal. Suspicious transactions, including but not limited to rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles without gameplay, may be reported to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to freeze accounts and funds pending investigation of suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity.

3.5 Fees and Charges

ph33k does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own fees or currency conversion charges. You are responsible for all fees charged by third-party payment processors.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

4.1 Promotional Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ph33k are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on our website and communicated at the time of the promotion. You are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before accepting any bonus. Ignorance of promotional terms does not excuse non-compliance.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is thirty (30) times the bonus amount, though specific promotions may have different requirements. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute less or not at all. Game contribution percentages are published in our promotional terms.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

ph33k reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if we determine that a player is abusing promotional offers. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, irregular betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, collusion with other players, or any other activity deemed abusive by ph33k management. Our decision on bonus abuse is final and binding.

4.4 Promotional Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of technical errors that result in incorrect bonus amounts or terms, we reserve the right to correct the error and adjust player accounts accordingly.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Rules

All casino games, slots, live dealer games, and sports betting markets available on ph33k are governed by specific rules displayed within each game or betting market. You are responsible for understanding these rules before playing. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the official game logs and records maintained by ph33k and our game providers shall be considered the definitive source of truth.

5.2 Random Number Generation

All casino games on ph33k use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been tested and approved by independent testing laboratories. The outcome of every spin, card deal, or dice roll is completely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by ph33k or any third party. ph33k does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes.

5.3 Technical Errors

In the event of technical malfunctions, disconnections, or errors that affect game outcomes, ph33k reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund bets. If a game malfunctions after a winning outcome has been displayed but before credits are awarded, we will honor the win. However, if a malfunction occurs during gameplay resulting in an incorrect outcome, the game round will be voided.

5.4 Maximum Payouts

Unless otherwise stated in specific game rules, the maximum payout for any single game round or sports bet is ₱10,000,000 (Ten Million Philippine Peso). Progressive jackpot games may have higher maximum payouts as displayed in the game. We reserve the right to pay large winnings in installments at our discretion.

5.5 Betting Limits

ph33k reserves the right to set minimum and maximum betting limits on all games and sports markets. We may also impose betting limits on individual accounts based on risk assessment, gameplay patterns, or regulatory requirements. We may reduce or increase your betting limits at any time without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph33k and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Underage Gambling: Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your ph33k account.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one ph33k account.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false information, identity theft, or any form of financial fraud.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or betting markets.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses or promotions in a manner not intended by ph33k.
• Hacking or Cheating: Attempting to manipulate, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to ph33k systems, games, or other player accounts.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Third-Party Access: Allowing any other person to access or use your ph33k account.
• Offensive Conduct: Using abusive, offensive, or threatening language toward other players or ph33k staff.
• Money Laundering: Using ph33k Services to launder money or conduct any illegal financial activities.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all funds including deposits and winnings, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities. ph33k's decision regarding prohibited activities is final.

7. Account Termination and Suspension

7.1 Termination by Player

You may close your ph33k account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If you wish to permanently self-exclude from ph33k for responsible gaming reasons, please refer to our Responsible Gaming policy for appropriate procedures.

7.2 Termination by ph33k

ph33k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to verify your identity, regulatory requirements, or risk management decisions. Upon termination by ph33k, you will be notified via email, and any remaining legitimate balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or amounts owed to ph33k.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. ph33k may charge a monthly dormant account maintenance fee of ₱500 or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is less. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be closed without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

ph33k strives to provide uninterrupted access to our Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or secure access. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend Services for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues without prior notice. ph33k shall not be liable for any losses resulting from Service interruptions or technical difficulties.

8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

ph33k Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will meet your requirements or that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You assume all risks associated with your use of ph33k Services.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph33k, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you deposited to your ph33k account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

8.4 Force Majeure

ph33k shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or failures of third-party service providers.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Customer Complaints

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding ph33k Services, you must first contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] or through live chat. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint within seven (7) business days. Please provide detailed information about your complaint including date, time, game name, transaction ID, and any other relevant details.

9.2 Escalation to PAGCOR

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our customer support process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, our regulatory authority. PAGCOR's contact information is available on their official website. ph33k is bound by PAGCOR's final decisions on player disputes.

9.3 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the complaint process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

9.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ph33k.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines for resolution of any legal disputes.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph33k regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

10.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. ph33k may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party at our discretion.

10.5 Amendments

ph33k reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of ph33k Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
